Special version on request e.g.: Composite latch (noise reduction), hazardous side same as hinge side, forced closure with single-throw bolt (not suitable for knob cylinders), forend 20/24 x 280 x 3 Use: In doors which should allow passage from both sides, but which at times should not be accessible from one side, e.g. in amok situations in school buildings. (The people in the classroom cannot be reached from the outside because the external lever handle is disengaged). The automatic locking latch increases the burglar resistance further when the door is locked. The door cannot be opened by pushing in the latch. Function from the inside: The door has a lever handle on the inside. The locking latch, which is locked with the help of the auxiliary latch, is retracted by actuating the lever handle. The door can be opened. Pulling the door to secures it from the outside (external lever handle in idle position). Function from the outside (with the handle disengaged): The door has a lever handle on the outside. If this is locked back once, it is switched to the passage function. The external lever handle is engaged. The door is accessible.
